Returns

Customers needing to return merchandise for any reason should call or email us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This RGA number should appear on the outside of every package being returned and on any return paperwork.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.

Cancellations

Customers needing to cancel an item or an entire order should contact customer service via phone or email. Orders can be cancelled up until the time of shipment. Customers cancelling orders that have already been shipped should follow the return procedure as stated above.
