Shipping Information

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take up to 5 business days depending on the delivery location.

Standard shipping may be done via all major ground carriers including: FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Shipping charges for all items are based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, or other factors. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time is calculated by the specified carrier and is available via their tracking website.

Truck Delivery — When the size and or weight of your shipment exceeds the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers.

Collect Shipping — During checkout, you will have the option to ship via FedEx or UPS using your carrier specific account number. When using this option, you will not be charged for shipping but rather will be billed directly by the carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays.

Returns

Customers needing to return merchandise for any reason should call or email us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number within 30 days of item receipt. This RGA number should appear on the outside of every package being returned and on any return paperwork.

Cancellations

Customers needing to cancel an item or an entire order should contact customer service via phone or email. Orders can be cancelled up until the time of shipment. Customers cancelling orders that have already been shipped should follow the return procedure as stated above.
