September 2005 - T&A Awarded 2005 Best End-User Program

T&A Industrial Distributors was awarded the 2005 best end-user program for its Documented Value-Added program. T&A has identified over fifteen services that are performed at no additional cost to the customer. These services range from process improvements, to saw tune-ups, training and safety seminars, and product conversions. Each of these value-added activities is fully documented and reported to the customer in the form of quarterly or annual reports.
