How to open an account at T&ANew customers can open an online account by following the instructions located here. T&A does not sell or otherwise divulge the account information or email addresses supplied by our customers. Customers needing to change account information such as a change in shipping address or credit card number should contact T&A by sending an email to: customerservice@taindustrial.com or by phoning 262-783-4900. You will be notified by return email when the change is made effective. taindustrial.com and cookiesCookies are small files that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Back to TopShippingT&A uses United Parcel Service (UPS) or LTL carriers for shipment of customer orders. Shipping charges are based on actual weight at time of shipment and are not calculated at time of order placement. Back to TopReturnsCustomers needing to return merchandise for any reason should first call T&A at 262-783-4900 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number. This RGA number must appear on the outside of every package being returned. Send returns to: T&A Industrial Distributors Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.
